  • Plan a weekly posting calendar and post 3 to 4 times a week
  • Make carousels, Reels, and stories that match Scaffold’s brand
  • Reply to comments and DMs in Scaffold’s voice

What you’ll walk away with

  • A leadership title running a brand’s social presence
  • A portfolio of posts you made, with growth numbers to back it up
  • Experience in content strategy, design, and analytics

For example: “Grew the account from 200 to 1,000 followers.”

You might be a fit if you

  • Love design or marketing
  • Can use Canva, CapCut, or Figma
  • Have taste and can keep a feed looking consistent

02 / 04

Blog Writer

Get published, build a writing portfolio, and help students who are stuck figure out how to start.

About 2 to 3 hours a week

What you’ll do

  • Write 2 or more posts a month for the Scaffold blog
  • Topics like starting an assignment you’ve been avoiding, planning a test week, building study habits without burning out
  • Pitch your own ideas each month
  • Work with the Social Media Manager to turn posts into captions or carousels

What you’ll walk away with

  • Published articles with your byline
  • A writing portfolio that shows you can write for a specific audience
  • Experience in editorial work and content marketing

You might be a fit if you

  • Like writing and journaling
  • Understand the struggle of being a student

03 / 04

School Ambassador

Get startup experience in high school and lead Scaffold at your school.

About 1 to 2 hours a week

What you’ll do

  • Be the face of Scaffold at your school
  • Get friends, classmates, and clubs to try the app
  • Share Scaffold in group chats, club meetings, and study groups
  • Check in with the students you bring on and collect their feedback: what they like, what’s confusing, what’s missing
  • Run short feedback surveys or quick chats and report what you hear to the team
  • Help shape new features based on what your classmates need
  • Join a monthly ambassador check-in

What you’ll walk away with

  • A leadership title at an early-stage student startup
  • Numbers you can list on applications
  • Experience in marketing, user research, and product

For example: “Brought 40 students to Scaffold and collected 25 pieces of user feedback.”

You might be a fit if you

  • Know a lot of people and like talking to them
  • Care about how students plan, study, and get work done
  • Want something on your activities list that shows initiative, not just membership

04 / 04

Outreach Lead

Pitch a startup to clubs, creators, and programs, and lead a team of ambassadors while you’re still in high school.

About 2 to 3 hours a week

What you’ll do

  • Find and contact groups that could share Scaffold: student clubs, tutoring programs, study creators, school newsletters
  • Write and send outreach emails and DMs
  • Keep a simple tracker of who you contacted and what happened
  • Recruit, onboard, and support School Ambassadors

What you’ll walk away with

  • A leadership title managing partnerships and a team
  • Results you can list on applications
  • Experience in sales, networking, and business development
  • Professional email and pitching skills

For example: “Secured 8 partnerships and recruited 12 ambassadors across 6 schools.”

You might be a fit if you

  • Aren’t scared to cold email or DM
  • Are organized and follow up
